Who this policy covers
This policy applies to pistack.ai and its subpages, operated by Pi-Stack Automation Pvt. Ltd., an Indian private limited company ("pi-Stack", "we", "us"). It covers the information we collect when you visit this site or submit a form on it. It does not cover any third-party site we link to.
What we collect
We collect information in two ways.
Information you give us directly. When you submit the contact form on this site, whether the one on the Contact page or the shorter version in the footer, we collect your name, email address, company name where asked, and the content of your message. We only use this to respond to your enquiry.

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics infrastructure may log basic technical information, such as your approximate location, browser type, device type, and which pages you visit, in aggregate and non-identifying form. How we use it

Third-party processors
Contact form submissions on this site are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which receives and forwards your submission to us by email. Formspree's own privacy practices apply to that transmission; you can review them at formspree.io. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process basic technical and security-related data as part of delivering the site to your browser.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Where analytics are enabled, we use privacy-respecting tools that do not rely on tracking cookies or build a profile of you across other websites.
How long we keep it
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of the conversation, and delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed for that purpose.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
